What I'm looking for
Vishal Media covers a wide range of topics, including technology, business, finance, health, lifestyle, education, entertainment, gaming, automotive and news. A good guest article:
- Teaches the reader something useful. It explains, compares or shows how to do something, rather than just listing tips.
- Comes from real knowledge. Your own experience, work or careful research. Tell me why you're the right person to write it.
- Is original. It hasn't been published anywhere else, including your own blog, and isn't rewritten from another article.
- Backs up its facts. It links to good sources for statistics, studies and claims.
- Is written for people, not search engines. Plain language, no keyword stuffing. Usually 1,000 to 2,500 words, but length matters less than quality.
What I don't accept
- Articles that are mainly a vehicle for links, or that promote a product without saying so
- Content written mostly by AI and published without real human editing and fact-checking
- Medical, legal or financial claims that aren't supported by reliable sources
- Gambling, adult content, hate, or anything that breaks the law
How to pitch
Before writing the full article, send a short pitch through the contact form (choose "Write for Vishal Media") or email [email protected] with:
- your proposed headline and the category it fits
- 3 to 5 sentences on what the article covers and who it's for
- a line or two about you and why you know this subject
- links to one or two things you've written before, if you have any
What happens next
- If the idea is a good fit, you may be asked for the full draft. Pitches that aren't a fit may not get a reply.
- Vishal Media may edit, decline or remove any article at any stage, before or after publishing.
- Accepted articles are normally credited to the author with a short bio, which can include one link to your own website or profile.
- Links inside the article must help the reader. Vishal Media may remove or change any link. You must disclose any link that is paid for or promotional.
- Once it's published, please don't republish the article elsewhere. You're welcome to share a link to it.
- By submitting, you confirm the article is your own original work, that you have the rights to everything in it (including images), and that you're responsible for its content. The views in guest articles are the author's own.

If a company is paying for the article, or you're writing about your own product or employer, you must say so in your pitch. Sponsored content is accepted only at Vishal Media's discretion and may be labelled as sponsored.
